Can I add fresh flowers to my gift?
We offer fresh flowers for local LA deliveries ONLY. There is an $85 upgrade fee which covers a beautiful vase of seasonal, fresh flowers and courier delivery to your recipient. Email us to add fresh flowers to your gift firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I add alcohol to my gift?
We partner with a fully licensed, third party vendor to fulfill any orders that include alcohol. Both the recipient and the customer must be over 21. ID will be required on delivery. See our full shipping policy here. Please email us email@example.com to place an order including alcohol.
Can I swap or add items to the curated boxes?
Much thought has been put into the curation of the gifts available through our online store. If you have something else in mind, we would be happy to help you customize a gift. Email us to let us know what you have in mind: firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your return policy?
A great deal of care has been placed into every gift box and so we do not offer returns. However, if the gift arrives in less than perfect condition, please reach out to us within 48hrs and we will make it right for you.
What are your delivery options?
We currently ship throughout the US only. Courier delivery is available for local LA deliveries. We do not currently offer a pick up option.
Will my recipient's address remain private and confidential?
Absolutely! We take privacy very seriously and don't share information with anyone other than our shipping service or discreet courier team.
Do you ship items that could melt in summer months?
Chocolate and candles are some of our most requested items and we love including them in our gifts. However, these items are at risk of becoming damaged in extreme heat and Carnaby & Vine can't guarantee the quality of these items upon delivery and we are unable to issue refunds as a result. Please note that including these items are subject to your own risk.
What is your current turn around time?
Curated: Our current processing time for curated collections is 2-3 business days prior to shipping.
Custom: We curate special gifts for your recipients typically within 5-10 business days. If there are items that are harder to source, processing time may be longer but we will be sure to discuss your timeline before suggesting products.
Corporate: Bulk gifting for 20 or more gifts will typically take 2- 6 weeks depending on the amount of customization required. Your timeline will be discussed during the initial consultation and we will do everything we can to accommodate.
I left sending a gift to the last minute and need to send something ASAP, what can I do?
Our standard processing time is 2-3 business days (prior to shipping), however, if you are in a hurry, send us an email and we will do what we can to get the gift to your recipient on time. Rush fees may apply.
