SHIPPING
Absolutely. A recipient's private information will never be shared with anyone outside of our shipping service or discreet courier team.
The items are all packed snuggly and securely in our gift boxes while still maintaining our high level of aesthetic standards. The gift box is packed in a well-cushioned secure shipping box surrounded by corrugated cardboard and packing paper.
We offer UPS Ground and Next Day Delivery for national and international shipping, as well as discrete white-glove delivery within the Los Angeles area. Please note expedited shipping times do not include processing time for your gift order. You will receive tracking information via email once your gift has left our warehouse.
We handle national and international shipments daily and are well versed in customs issues for different countries. We will be transparent with you if there are items in your order that cannot ship to certain countries and will suggest alternative options when needed.
Chocolate and candles are some of our most requested items, however, we cannot guarantee that they will not be damaged if shipped to a location with extremely hot weather. We recommend sharing your tracking information with your recipient if you are concerned about product damage in heat.
We will work with you and our shipping partners to ensure that everything possible is done to successfully deliver your order on time, but we will communicate any issues that arise with you immediately and transparently.
CUSTOMIZATION & PACKAGING
Customized items will be fulfilled in 3-5 business days if not sooner. If yo require expedited services, please reach out to us at info@carnabyandvine.com or call (323) 209-5103 and we will assist you.
We partner with a fully licensed third party vendor to fulfill any orders that include alcohol. Both the recipient and the customer must be over 21. ID will be required on delivery. See our full shipping policy here. Please email us to place an order including alcohol.
Much thought has been put into the curation of the gifts available through our online store. If you have something else in mind, we would be happy to help you customize a gift. Email us to let us know what you have in mind.
We are happy to include a handwritten notecard with every gift, whether it's for a large custom order or gifts purchased through our online shop. For the latter, you can leave your message on the product page before you add the gift to your cart. For custom gifts, we will request all information from you as part of our account management service.
Fresh flowers are available for local Los Angeles delivery only. Email us to add fresh flowers to your gift.
Custom items often have additional costs, which vary greatly depending on the item and what is required. Please email us at info@carnabyandvine.com to discuss all the details of your custom gifting needs.
Yes, your design team can design the packaging and we can handle the printing. If you prefer to handle all elements of the packaging creation, you can simply have your finished packaging sent to our LA warehouse and your gifts will be assembled, packed, and shipped from there.
BULK GIFTING

The best place to start is our Custom Gifting Questionnaire. Just tell us as much as you'd like about your project and we will get back to you to set up a brief call to go over everything together and make sure we're on the same page. We'll then put together a proposal for you to review, adjust, and approve. Once we have the plan in place, we will begin the final design process, place all orders, and get your gifts packed safely and shipped on time.
We will acquire the information we need to fulfill your orders through our recipient detail collection process or you can opt in to a Custom Gifting Portal and have your recipients select their gift of choice or just simply provide their information directly. We will discuss the details of our methods of fulfillment when we reach out to discuss your gifting program.
When you want to give your recipients the option to “shop” for a gift, we will create a branded and fully private online platform where they can go to select their preferred gift and provide their shipping information. These portals can be collection-only - meaning visitors will simply fill out forms and we will manually place the orders using the information provided. Or these shops can function just like a store - where the recipients can go through the checkout process and place their order using a special code. No costs are displayed or charged and payment information is never requested or collected.

ETHICS & SUSTAINABILITY
We strive to prioritize environmentally friendly practices by actively seeking out recyclable materials for our packaging and products. Our current packaging materials include honeycomb-padded cushioning, corrugated cardboard, and brown packing paper, as we work towards eliminating our plastic usage.
We are committed to finding sustainable solutions within our company and are happy to incorporate your company’s practices into the gifting program for your company as thoroughly as possible. Just let us know about your company’s goals and practices when you reach out to us.
Along with well-known and trusted brands, we always love to include unique products designed and manufactured by creators from underrepresented communities, and we aim to work with companies that are socially and eco-conscious in their processing, manufacturing, and packaging whenever possible. If you own or know of a company creating beautiful and unique products that might be right for our gift boxes, we would love to hear about it.

Pricing for gifts ranges vastly depending on the item and brand, but we will never upcharge items just because they are sustainable or ethically sourced.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are not able to offer returns or exchanges unless a gift arrives damaged, in which case, we will gladly send a replacement. Please reach out to us within 48 hours and we will make it right for you.
Chocolate and candles are some of our most requested items and we love including them in our gifts. However, these items are at risk of becoming damaged in extreme heat. Carnaby & Vine can't guarantee the quality of these items upon delivery and we are unable to issue refunds as a result. Please note that including these items are subject to your own risk.
Please contact us within 48 hours if a gift has arrived damaged or defective. We will email a return shipping label to return the damaged gift and will send a replacement out as soon as possible.
Yes, just be sure to contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order as our warehouse fulfills orders very quickly. Once the gift has left our warehouse we are unable to cancel the order.
